	This pair of alcove, built in, painted book cases, were designed by Simon Spencer to be fitted furniture in the room and were part of a larger scheme to half panel the room, as can be seen next to the fireplace, and to have a larger free-standing bookcase on the opposite wall.

			These two “Classical Style” built in corner book cases designed by Simon Spencer were the returned section to the main run and were designed to be a balancer in the alcoves for the run of a larger built in set of bookcases down the left hand side of the room.

	These white bookcases were designed to be built in as bedroom furniture, during building alterations and were designed by Simon Spencer to incorporate the plaster works and continuation of the room’s cornice over a much smaller cornice. The lower sections were designed to double as an additional bedside table, to be clear of the bed for ease of making.

	These two pairs of corner book case above and below were designed by Simon Spencer specially as built-in bookcases, one with cupboards for the TV, and both with pilasters to match the original architraves surrounding the doors, in this very elegant block of late Victorian-turn of the century, London apartments.

				We redesigned these bookcases above for the client to give a classical style of built-in bookcase much more suited to the London Town house.

		These two pairs of built in book cases for these alcoves in the two adjoining ground floor room in this London Town house had the left hand side fitted with a long low sideboard cupboard and the right hand side facing the road with one cupboard adapted to take the customers own TV on an extended swivel arm which was purchased and fitted to suit our design after our installation. The shelves of the bookcases above the cupboards were lit by lights down the outer pilaster from Mr Resistor.




		In this more detailed image of the cupboard below the built in book case you can clearly see the advantage of our design in the concealment of the TV.
