DSimon’s unique design for a classical decorative cornice top and urn for a library bookcase.

This deep cornice and very bold pilaster (opens as a narrow cupboard, see the hinge). Simon used a classic style of entablature for his design for a library book case.

And here, in this nice detail for the design, Simon makes the most of the height available for books whilst retaining the skirting for the pilasters.

Pilaster Head and Cornice Facia Detail

Double returned pilasters, double cornice and pediment to a double breakfront book case are all part of Simon’s Classic designs.

The double cornice to the bookcase illustrated above has a classic pediment and the pilasters have double broken head moulding.  Great attention to detail in designing both these examples of book shelves make sure that Simon’s customers have a unique product designed to the  highest standards.
