Built in bookcases in these alcoves were designed by us and fitted before the installation of the fireplace.   Simon Spencer designed the new wall to suit the alcoves so that the bookcases balanced. The hearth and chimney breast were then install in accordance with my design so that these were then followed by the installtion of the alcove display cabinets.

These white book cases and storage cupboards were designed by Simon Spencer to be fitted into the existing alcoves retaining the original plaster work in the archs.
